In furtherance to the Statutory law of Lagos State University, with respect to the Admission Quota given to the Indigenes of Lagos State, the University wishes to inform the general public that, in the ongoing 2017/2018 Admission Exercise, there are some vacancies to be filled-up in the following courses by ONLY Indigenes of Lagos State, who chose LASU as Institution of First Choice and have participated in the recently concluded online Admission Screening Exercise of Lagos State University AND WITH THE STATUS “NO ADMISSION OFFERED YET”

Candidates should note that ONLY the accredited courses listed below are available for the 2017/2018 Online Admission Change of Course Exercise on LASU Web Site. The Prospective candidate of Lagos State Origin, whose admission status is still showing “NO ADMISSION OFFERED YET” would be required to submit ONLY the following:

JAMB Registration Number AND

New Choice of Course

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THE DATA USED FOR THE JUST CONCLUDED LASU ONLINE ADMISSION SCREENING WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY USED FOR THIS RE-SCREENING AND ARE NOT TO BE SUBMITTED AGAIN AND CANNOT BE EDITED.

Enter your UTME REGISTRATION NUMBER then click DOWNLOAD RESULT to generate your SCREENING

The Change of Course/Screening of Candidate(s) will be based on Point Grading System, using the UTME Score and SSCE (or equivalent) Grades in Five (5) BEST RELEVANT subjects to Candidate’s Choice of Course

Important Notice From Ajayi Crowther University To Students On Dress Code And Banned Items

Management of Ajayi Crowther University hereby informs as follows;

Students must comply strictly with the University's Dress Code in respect of the dresses they have in their luggages.

If a student has a dress which is at variance with the Dress Code, the parent/guardian will be required to take the dress away as the University will henceforth not keep such dresses for the students.

All students (that is, both male and female students) must comply with the regulations in respect of hairdo/hairstyle, beard, moustache, whiskers, etc. Any student who is found to be non-compliant will not be allowed into the campus and will be required to go to the town to effect a redress of the issue.

Parents/Guardians are enjoined to please co-operate with the University Management with respect to the above issues to avoid any embarrassment for their children/wards during the screening and clearance processes on resumption.

Parents/Guardians and students are advised to visit the University's website for information on contraband items, prohibited dresses, hairstyles etc.

DRESS CODE
  • Please take note, the following are NOT acceptable:
  • Tight, short, skirts and gowns above the knees (except for sporting purposes);
  • Transparent and see-through dresses;
  • Semi-naked Appearance: Wearing of ordinary underwear like singlet, sleeveless/spaghetti dresses that expose major parts of the body, etc.;
  • Skirt which due to slitting, reveals sensitive parts of the wearer’s body, and stretch, banded and bandaged elastic material for skirt/gowns (lycra materials)
  • Short and skimpy dresses, e.g. body hugs, show-me-your chest, spaghetti wears and dresses exposing sensitive parts of the body, backless, camisole only;
  • Wearing of T-Shirts with obscene inscriptions and face caps;
  • Shirts that reveal the wearer’s chest unduly;
  • Sagging/Earth level/ yansy (use belt);
  • Dread, Galax, Fadeout and Rough Coil Hair Cut, Bushy hair, unkempt appearance;
  • Wearing of earrings by male students;
  • wearing of multiple and bogus earrings by female students;
  • Leggies/Geggies/Pencil trousers;
  • Jeans/Tattered Jeans and any materials that look like jeans, Tight trousers, and all other forms of tight fitting clothing;
  • Hair plaiting or weaving by male students;
  • Wearing of bathroom slippers around the university premises;
  • No bangles, beads, rings, etc. for male students; and
  • Beards is not allowed, must be clean shaved;
  • Students I.D. Card must be worn around the neck always;
  • Tattoo with provocative writing or picture;
  • Non-natural coloured hair is not allowed;
  • Please note that culprits will be sanctioned; therefore dress well in conformity with the ACU Dress Code.

The attention of the management of Federal University of Technology Akure has been drawn to an erroneous rumours making the rounds, particularly on the social
media and internet news blogs, about a purported screening exercise for 2017/2018 admission exercise scheduled to begin on Tuesday August 17,2017.

There is no truth whatsoever in the misleading information.
For the avoidance of doubt FUTA is yet to fix a date or publish any schedule for the admission exercise for the
2017/2018 academic session. the information is pure falsehood. 

Therefore FUTA dissociates itself from the false information and states that this is the handiwork of fraudsters who want to dupe unwary members of the public.

FUTA will notify the public about the screening exercise for admission in due course. Therefore the public is warned against having anything to do with the bogus exercise being championed by fraudsters.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the UTME & Direct Entry Admission into Paul University Degree Programme for 2017/2018 Academic Session.

Eligible candidates must possess a minimum of 5 credits at not more than two sittings in at least 5 subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) relevant to the candidates desired course of study in the University.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES FOR COMPLETING THE ONLINE FORM
  • Both the candidates, who made Paul University their first choice in JAMB and those, who did not make it their first choice, but are interested in attending Paul University should complete the online Application form.
  • Interested candidates should go to any of the following bank and make a deposit of two thousand, five hundred naira (N2,500) Application fee, and collect his/her payment teller.

  • Candidates should also indicate clearly their telephone number and email address, as these will be used in communicating to them on successful admission.
  • On successful submission of the application by clicking Submit Application button, the candidate is notified on the screen with a link to print his/her Application Acknowledgement Slip as well as a mail sent to his/her e-mail address if email was provided during the filling of the form from where he/she can subsequently print out a copy of the submitted Application Acknowledgement Slip.   • Paul University will acknowledge the Applications of qualified candidates and advise them to wait for Provisional Admission Letter from JAMB.
  • With the Provisional Admission Letter from JAMB, the student will now visit our website for the payment of Acceptance fee of twenty thousand naira (N20,000) and commencement of Registration.
  • The admitted candidates will be expected to pay the yearly Portal Access Fee of N2,000 with the Acceptance fee.
